Found through merging or drops. It does not appear through ordinary natural spawning.
Can drop when the top-ranked worm's run ends, if its dropped value is large enough and the arena has room for another Ambrosia. It does not appear through ordinary natural spawning.
These percentages describe ordinary natural spawns, not every item you see. Sprint trails, end-of-run drops and merged food have different sources.

Sprinting spends score and leaves Regular food behind. Nearby food can merge into larger denominations without creating extra base points. Ordinary merging does not create Ambrosia. A trail left when a run ends is an opportunity for nearby players, so watch for approaching heads before collecting it.
The radar marks Super and Mythic food with gold dots. Ordinary food is not shown there. Active multipliers can increase food points; see the powerup guide.
